The 2001 Hunter 460, Freedom, is a beautiful sailing yacht that has been kept in great condition. 3 Double cabins, Master with on-suit heads and separate shower room in the bow. The shower and heads at stern is accessible from the saloon and starboard aft cabin. Lovely wood inside that gives off a sturdy and homely feel. A/C with two control panels fore and aft. 7ft head clearing in saloon. Saloon table drops down to coffee table or to make double bed. On deck she has a new Raymarine plotter, a newly fitted spray hood frame and synthetic teak which is a pleasure to walk on and maintain. Furling genoa and in mast furling for main sail (option to furl in from mast and from cockpit). B&R rig. Easy to sail and with everything to hand in the cockpit solo sailing is simply done. Compass, depth and speed log, plotter, autopilot, 4 lewmar winches folding table, cool box and shower in cockpit. Hull just anti-fouled and top side polished. 1 new anode installed.
Only 3 owners, first was 18 years and lived aboard never going sailing, second bought to flip and then we got her and sailed down to the Caribbean and dusted off all the cobwebs. She has under 600 hours on the generator and under a thousand on the engine. Generator just got serviced. Boat comes with dinghy and 6hp outboard (outboard just serviced).
Other important inventory: Raymarine tacktick (wired), VHF, handheld VHF, Windex, 12 person liferaft (1 year old), Windlass, floating pontoon, 5 fire extinguishers, fishing gear, microwave, bbq, bosh water heater.
